We aim to employ the best and brightest off-screen talent. We welcome speculative applications from Runners and Production Secretary's through to Series Producers, Directors, Development Team Creatives and Unit Managers. Whether we are developing a pilot or producing a series, we refer to our database of off-screen talent to find the right people to make the project a success. We review applications to determine those individuals best suited to our requirements before meeting with them and getting to know them better. On occasion we may also search and advertise job roles on Production Base or The Unit List, for individuals with specific skills or genres.
